Usually, it is simple to run “Install-Module,” and the module should be available in a blink of an eye. But it often happens that it is not that easy cause some prerequisites are not set, so I am using the following Scirpt to install a module in my PowerShell Scripts.
The central part is to set the TLS to 1.2 and make sure NuGet Provider Package is installed. That is mainly the reason why “Install-Module” with Remote Package PRovider is not working.
The Script
The Script also includes the PowerShell Logging Function.
